About Coach

3x CrossFit Games Athlete, 2017/2019 Fittest Teen on Earth, 2020 USAW Worlds Team Member I started CrossFit in late 2015 to improve my endurance for basketball and track. I quickly fell in love with the sport and started competing a few years later. After several years of competing as an elite athlete, I have turned my attention to coaching and helping others grow and improve in the sport I love so much.

Turning Point

The turning point in my life came at the beginning of 2022. After battling injuries and dealing with chronic autoimmune disease, I realized it was time for me to step back from being a competitive athlete and focus my attention on helping others be their strongest, healthiest, and best selves. For years I had dedicated all of my time and energy to improving myself and making myself a better athlete. Now, I want to devote my time and energy to helping others dramatically change and improve their lives through health and fitness.

Motivation & Passion

I love to help people get better. Whether clients want to improve on a certain skill, get stronger, get faster, or just become healthier, I love to work with people who set big goals and aren't afraid to work hard to reach them. I have a passion for health and fitness and what taking care of our bodies through exercise and nutrition can do in our lives.
